Administrative Coordinator – Appleton Office

Overview

Come and join the exciting title industry!  Guaranty Title Services is adding a new position to the appleton office.

Represent GTS in an outgoing and professional manner as the first point of customer contact.  Provide outstanding customer service via phone, computer, to walk-ins and internal communication.

Essential Duties
  • Reception – phone and walk-in customers
  • Support GTS Departments
  • Coordinate email  mailbox for departments
  • Performs other duties as assigned
Education/Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Previous title business and/or banking experience is preferred
  • Title license – obtain within six months of commencement of employment
  • Notary – when appropriate
Skills Required
  • Ability to work in an accurate, detail-oriented, and highly productive manner with minimal or no errors
  • Strong communication skills – written, verbal, interpersonal
  • Personal attributes required:
    • Use logical reasoning to arrive at solutions to work-related issues
    • Maintain self-control under workload pressures without exhibiting negative behavior
    • Establish and maintain effective working relationships by using appropriate interpersonal skills
    • Ability to get along with diverse personalities in a tactful, mature, and flexible manner
  • Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, experience with RamQuest preferred
  • Eight hours of continued education annually, certification and licensing in title examination
