Guaranty Title Services, as a member of Guaranty Service Group, received a 2015 Gold Well Workplace award for our commitment to the health and well-being of our employees.
At Guaranty, we believe it is important for our employees to continue to develop within their careers. We offer multiple programs to aid in this development.
Each employee sets their yearly and long-term plans with their manager each year. On a quarterly basis, employees meet with their manager to evaluate their PDP progress.
Guaranty offers tuition reimbursement after one year of employment, up to $3,500 per calendar year, 50% reimbursement for online courses.
Guaranty offers a two-year MIT Program that meets on a quarterly basis to review a specific leadership. MIT offers the chance for employees to enhance their skills across all departments, provides employees more one-on-one time with Guaranty Executives, and gives them the opportunity to hear from guest speakers from multiple industries from across the world.
The Guaranty Book Club chooses a new business related book every quarter and meets twice during the quarter to discuss the book as a club.
