Culture of Learning
At GTS, we feel it is important for our employees to continue to develop within their careers. To aid in this development, we offer:
Yearly Personal Development Plans (PDP): Each employee sets their yearly and long-term plans with their manager at the beginning of each year. Then on a quarterly basis the employee will meet with their manager to see how their PDP is progressing.
Tuition Reimbursement: GTS offers tuition reimbursement after one year of employment, up to $3,500 per calendar year, 50% reimbursement for online courses.
Management in Training Program (MIT): GTS offers a two-year MIT Program that meets on a quarterly basis to review a specific topic/book. MIT offers the chance for employees to enhance their skills across all departments, provides employees more one-on-one time with GTS Executives, and gives them the opportunity to hear from guest speakers from multiple industries from across the world.
Book Club: The GTS Book Club chooses a new business related book every quarter and meets twice during the quarter to discuss the book as a club.
“I was looking for a career that was rewarding, challenging and had a purpose. I found all those aspects at GTS! Every file is different and there is something to learn every day. Working with sellers, buyers, realtors and lenders gives me the opportunity to use my skills in Customer Service and Organization.”
Jill Hallbach, Closing Agent
“Besides being able to help provide a product that I am confident in, I love being a part of the Guaranty Title Services family, because it’s just that: a family! I feel connected to the other employees regardless of which office they are located at. Our company creates a feeling of inclusiveness, whether it’s an interoffice friendly competition or an activity outside of the offices where we all work as a team.”
Star Lietz, Searcher/Examiner
