Grant Application Guidelines Guaranty Title Services, Inc. supports local organizations in communities where Guaranty Title Services owns a title company. Is your non-profit organization located in a Guaranty Title Services community? If so, please continue on to procedures below. > Application Checklist > What we do not fund Please do not send a proposal directly to the Guaranty Title Services, Inc. (GTS) Home Office in Fond du Lac, WI, unless it addresses local needs in the Fond du Lac, WI metropolitan area. You can find addresses of all of our GTS offices on our locations page. Send one copy of your application form and complete proposal of no more than 5 pages (exclusive of attachments) to your local Guaranty Title Services office. Your grant proposal must contain the following information: GRANT APPLICATION CHECKLIST: 1. Completed Grant Application Form 2. IRS Letter of Determination for 501(c)(3) tax exemption* 3. ONE-page project budget, and an organizational budget
WHAT WE DO NOT FUND:
TIMELINE: Proposals are accepted at any time during the year. The Management Contributions Committee at Guaranty Title Services, Inc. corporate headquarters reviews proposals four times a year, in March, June, September and December. Generally, applicants should plan on 60-90 days for processing and a decision. Local GTS managers will notify applicants of decisions and distribute contributions. *If you have not been determined to be a tax-exempt organization under IRS code section 501(c)(3), please include a copy of your application for exempt status (IRS Form 1023). Grants can be approved but not paid until a copy of your code section 501(c)(3) letter is received. *Please direct additional grant application questions to: sschneider@titleservice.com > Download Grant Application Form |
